Do not fax the entry forms to any other fax number than the one AT THE TOP of the entry form in the book.
Please ensure that ALL the detail of the people that you enter is completed BEFORE you fax/send the forms. You
will be held responsible for missing information and often the results are disputed due to WRONG information on
the entry forms. If you are unsure of the person's disability or his/her type of wheelchair, please do not hesitate to
contact the organisers.
If you need to borrow ORDINARY wheelchairs, you need to book at least ONE MONTH before the event. The
contact person’s name and number is on the entry form. There will be NO extra wheelchairs to borrow on the day
of the race. We only have 30 ORDINARY wheelchairs available. We do not have extra racing wheelchairs or Hand

REGISTRATION closes at 21:00 on 15 February 2013. Late entries of 10km, 21.1km, 42.2km will be considered disqualified.
Please keep the closing date of entries in mind. Late entries will ONLY be accepted until 12 February 2011. After
that you can enter but will not receive a T-shirt, goody bag or race number. The OCC is a professional race and is
organized by a dedicated team of volunteers. If you take your time and make your own rules, we find it very hard
to treat you as proper athletes and all the hard work of a year is then in vain.

being on time and act like a true athlete
- we know you are!
